Wildman Wilderness Lodge is located in the beautiful Mary River Wetlands in the lush Top End of Australia’s Northern Territory. This region is renowned worldwide for its incredible wildlife, history and indigenous culture and is at once wonderfully remote, yet easily accessible, via road and air from Darwin.
Located approximately half way between Darwin and Kakadu, 170km by road from the Darwin City. Drive time from Darwin is less than two hours, along the sealed Arnhem Highway. Wildman Wilderness Lodge has a bush airstrip with good grass cover that caters for light aircraft or helicopters. Flying time from Darwin is approximately 30 minutes.

Wildman Wilderness Lodge comprises of a central lodge, 10 cabins (‘Habitats’) and 15 Safari Tents, the whole forming a quietly luxurious escape amidst an awe-inspiring environment.

Habitats – the indulgent, romantic ‘Habitats’ offer unexpected comfort in this wilderness location. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, these well-appointed, beautifully designed free-standing cabins offer a soothing luxury. In air-conditioned comfort, with luxury bedding, premium furnishings and ensuite bathrooms, the Habitats are the perfect respite after a day of adventure in the wilderness

Safari Tents – an alternative option for those who seek a bit more adventure (needless to say, in style), this truly luxe ‘camping’ experience is a premium offering. Each fan-cooled tent is surprisingly spacious at 50m2 and comes complete with ensuite bathroom. Natural colours and materials from the region have been utilised and reflect the surrounding environment, the entire experience providing a grounded closeness to the wilderness with all the romance of the ultimate hideaway. Five tents are designed to cater for families with two additional single beds

Showcasing the best seasonal produce Australia has to offer, Wildman’s delicious array of food and beverages are matched only by the stunning views.
