Our Booking Process

The booking form below only confirms your interest in one of our experiences, or exclusive tours. It doesn’t book the experience until an RTW Expert has confirmed your requested space is available, and has sent you a detailed quote.

After you have received our quote with the confirmation of available space on your selected experience. You be provided a link to accept our terms and conditions along with our payment portal and a reference number to make your initial deposit payment.

Once we have received your acceptance confirmation and the deposit payment, our travel partners will issue you with an ATOL certificate which will be emailed to you along with a receipt confirming your place on your selected experience.  

Client Portal

RTW Experts provides a unique client portal where you will be able to download your flight, hotel, car hire and even cruise vouchers prior to starting your trip, as well as while you are abroad.

You will be able to access the Client Portal 48-72 hours after your initial deposit payment has been received. An automated email containing your username and password along with a link to our portal login section.

Payments and Documentation


All payments are to be made directly via the link provided on your invoice,  You will be able to access this link via our client portal so you can make additional payments to your trip.

All payments must be received no later than 14 weeks prior to departure, and in some instances sooner, your RTW Expert will advise this at time of booking.

Documentation is sent out 3-4 weeks prior to departure, along with an e-copy being loaded into your guest portal. It is at this point, we ask that you double check all the information you are provided, and if you have any issues or questions, we ask that you report to your RTW Expert as a matter of urgency.
